We are two brothers from New Jersey who have been in the Pizza/Italian Restaurant business for over 30 years.
We make our own pizza dough fresh, every day, and shred our cheese in-store with a special blend of mozzarella. We then hand toss every pizza using the freshest ingredients to create a truly mouthwatering, great tasting, traditional thin crust pizza, just like its done back in Jersey.
Our sandwiches are made from prime cuts of meat. Take our steak sandwiches for example. We never use those frozen processed pre-purchased slices of steak for our sandwiches. We use fresh Whole Beef and hand slice it in our store to make our cheese steaks, and hand slice fresh Chicken Breast for our chicken cheese steaks. Oh yeah, we also make our own bread from scratch and bake it in our store fresh every day. Trust us, you’ll taste the difference.

Sunday dinners at our Nana and Grandma V’s house are the inspiration for our recipes. That and what we learned over the past 30 years… Their recipes were handed down from their mothers and grandmothers from Venice, Capri and Sicily. You should see the steps involved in preparing and cooking our meatballs, sausage, marinara, salad dressings and sauces.
